As the founder of Link Communications, LLC, I am committed to furthering your mission, vision, and goals, as demonstrated throughout my 32 years of service in local government. My extensive background spans workforce and organizational development, public speaking, business communications, economic inclusion, community development, and television hosting.

My leadership experience includes more than a decade as Chief Officer of Training and Development for a prominent utility organization, where I developed a comprehensive suite of soft-skill training programs, leadership initiatives, DEI efforts, and other essential workforce productivity strategies.

​

In my role as Contract Compliance Officer for a local government, I managed numerous programs and projects designed to promote economic inclusion and revitalize communities, ultimately enhancing the quality of life for citizens. Additionally, several of my formal reports were adopted as models and set new standards within the organization. As part of my outreach efforts, I produced and co-hosted the multi-year television program, Government & Small Business.

Furthermore, as a generalist communicator, I have successfully self-published and marketed books, and my writing and editing expertise extends to academic publications.
